Digital Video Expo, the Longest-Running Content
Creation Event for West Coast Video Pros,
Moves to Los Angeles Convention Center, Sept. 25 – 27
Los Angeles, CA (August 22, 2013) – NewBay Media, a leading publisher of digital content creation media, today announced that its 17th annual Digital Video Expo conference and exhibition is moving from Pasadena to downtown Los Angeles, where the event will run at the Los Angeles Convention Center from September 25-27, 2013. As the West Coast’s premier event that provides inspiration and innovation for digital media professionals, Digital Video Expo will gather thousands of attendees for three days of education, next-generation technology and networking.
“In our three-year absence from the Los Angeles Convention Center, downtown LA has grown and flourished, much in the same way that Digital Video Expo has expanded its educational program, and its audience,” said Carmel King, NewBay Media Executive Vice President. “We’re excited to return to the venue where Digital Video Expo established itself as the industry’s leading event for content creation professionals.”
For 2013, Digital Video Expo educational program offers more than 50 conference sessions focused on five major areas – the LA Post Production Conference, the Pro Media Conference (PMC), Canon Camera Training, IABM Training Academy, which covers broadcast technology workflows, and the new VideoEdge Live! Summit, a series of thought leader panels on the future of online streaming video.
In addition to the conferences, Digital Video Expo’s exhibit hall will play host to the industry’s most innovative companies showcasing the latest in hardware, software, gear and storage solutions, including Adobe, Canon, Carl Zeiss, JVC, Ustream, Western Digital and many more.
